This Acceptable Use Policy outlines prohibited uses of SFOLN LLC services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates this policy.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use our services to:

Service Interference: Interfere with or disrupt our services, servers, or networks; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our services; or probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without explicit written permission.
IP Infringement: Infringe on intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets.
Impersonation: Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
Data Mining: Use automated means to access our services for any purpose without our express written permission, including but not limited to scraping or data mining.
Email & Messaging
If you use our services to send emails or messages:
• You must not send unsolicited bulk messages or commercial electronic messages without proper consent
• You must honor opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly
• You must include accurate sender information and a valid physical mailing address
• You must not use misleading subject lines or header information
• You must comply with CAN-SPAM Act and all applicable anti-spam laws
We actively monitor for spam and will terminate accounts that violate email best practices. We respect unsubscribe requests and complaints, and expect our users to do the same.
Security
Security testing or research on our systems requires explicit written permission. Unauthorized security testing is prohibited and may result in criminal prosecution. If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly via security@sfoln.com.
You may not:
• Attempt to bypass any security measures
• Access data not intended for you
• Probe, scan, or test systems without permission
• Use our services to attack or compromise other systems
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations of this policy. During investigation, we may:
• Access and preserve account information
• Temporarily or permanently suspend access to services
• Remove or disable access to material that violates this policy
• Report activities to law enforcement
We aim to protect our services and users while respecting privacy and legal rights. Enforcement actions are taken at our sole discretion based on the severity and nature of violations.
