SFOLN LLC (“we”, “us”) makes Magic Turtle Adventure (the “App”) for Apple iOS.
Information we collect
We collect nothing. The App does not gather, transmit, or share any personal information, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or analytics data of any kind.
On-device data
The App stores game progress (level unlocks, best treasure scores per level) on your device using Apple's standard UserDefaultsAPI. This data never leaves your device. You can erase it at any time from the in-app menu (Reset Progress) or by deleting and reinstalling the App.
Game Center
If you choose to sign into Game Center, Apple manages your Game Center identity. The App submits your best total-treasure score to a Game Center leaderboard so it can rank against other players. We never see, store, or process your Game Center identity. Game Center's data handling is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
Children
The App contains no targeted advertising, no in-app purchases, no chat, and no network communication outside the optional Game Center leaderboard. It is safe for all ages.
Third parties
The App uses no third-party SDKs and contacts no third-party servers.
Changes
If we ever change this policy, we will update the effective date above.
