Magic Turtle Adventure is a calm vertical-scrolling adventure for iPhone. If something isn't working, this page should help.

We read every message. Please include your iPhone model and iOS version.

Move: Touch and hold anywhere on the screen. The turtle steers toward your finger.
Dash: Double-tap anywhere to burst forward in that direction. There's a short cooldown shown by the DASH indicator at the bottom-left.
Heal: Drift into kelp to restore health.
Collect: Starfish give small treasure; pearls give a lot.
Avoid: Sharks chase you. Jellyfish drift across your path. Rocks hurt on contact.
Reach the surface: Each level has a fixed depth to traverse. The progress bar at the top shows how close you are.

No sound: Check the SFX and Music toggles in the top-right of the main menu. Also check the iPhone silent switch — sound effects respect it.
Game Center leaderboard didn't update: Make sure you're signed into Game Center in iOS Settings → Game Center. Scores submit on level completion only.
Progress reset unexpectedly: The Reset Progress button on the main menu clears all saved data. If you tap it by accident, progress can't be recovered — there's no cloud backup in this version.
Crash on launch: Force-quit the app and reopen. If it persists, restart your iPhone. If still broken, email us with your device model and iOS version.
